WonderCon has added a new feature to the autograph system. After years of waking up early to stand in lines to draw tickets for a chance at autographs, it seems that certain companies are working with WonderCon to offer a raffle system ahead of the convention.

If you have already purchased a ticket for WonderCon, you should have received an email about the new system. Or if you are only now purchasing a badge, you can access the Exclusives Portals through your Member ID page.

By clicking on the “Exclusives” tab, you are taken to a list of available signings. It is fairly limited at this time, but this is likely a pilot program, which will expand over time, either leading up to the con or for future cons. (Here’s looking at you SDCC).

The currently available signings include DC’s Jim Lee and Scott Snyder, ABC’s Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Warner Bros TV signings, including Constantine (the animated show) and The 100, and Freeform’s Cloak and Dagger.

The system is simple enough once you’ve logged in. Simply select the Exclusives you desire and click submit. It seems that you can submit as many as you want, but since this is a lottery system, there is no guarantee of selection.

Badge holders have from now until March 14th to make their selections, and then on or around (CCI’s words) March 19th, they will select individuals and inform them if they received a signing or not.

So far this has only been announced for WonderCon, but it seems likely that this is a system in its infant stages that will eventually be expanded to San Diego Comic Con. As the selection process occurs, we’ll keep you updated on the system! If you’re attending WonderCon, good luck in yet another lottery system (this time without a spinning blue circle of pain)!
