The folks over at A Wave Blue World have another awesome anthology coming down the line. It offers readers 25+ unique stories in full, vibrant color. ALL WE EVER WANTED endeavors to look toward the future as a positive place, in stark contrast to a lot of the dystopian stories hitting shelves in light of the current political climate. This anthology promises to take readers on a different kind of journey, one that breeds hope for the future.

With a lot of talented and well-known storytellers, artists, letterers, inkers, and more, this anthology celebrates the diversity of the minds and talents who helped put it together. A Wave Blue World has put together another storytelling masterpiece that will be a wonderful addition to any bookcase or comic collection. The Kickstarter launched today and supporters are encouraged to jump in at the start and claim their copy now. Don’t miss out on your chance to say, “I was there at the beginning!”

That’s the fun of Kickstarters, after all.

If you would like more information you can check out the press release below. The campaign goes until July 4th, but supporting sooner is better than later.

NEW ANTHOLOGY DARES TO IMAGINE A BRIGHTER FUTURE

New York, NY, June 4th, 2018. A Wave Blue World announces the launch of the Kickstarter campaign for its latest anthology, ALL WE EVER WANTED: Stories of a Better World. This full color collection features a cover by Ariela Kristantina (Insexts, Mata Hari) and contains over 25 stories meant to inspire us and restore the belief that a brighter future is possible.

The anthology is edited by Matt Miner (Gwar, Poser) and Erik Palicki (No Angel, Orphans), who, alongside A Wave Blue World, have spearheaded a combined 12 successful kickstarter campaigns, delivering four previous anthologies. Together they’ve gathered an impressive list on contributors, ranging from experienced veterans to some of the most ambitious new voices working in comics. All of them are eager to share their hopeful visions of the future.

Publisher Tyler Chin-Tanner explains, “Popular fiction moves in cycles. Recently, it’s mostly been stories of dystopian futures, which serve as a warning of what might come. But now I think we’re past the point of warnings. People are starting to get depressed. We need to show them a light at the end of the tunnel. That’s our motivation for creating this anthology.”
